Job Summary: The key account representative is responsible for developing new customer prospective within assigned areas, whilst maintaining existing customer relations. The key account representative is also tasked with ensuring that sales agreements are completed properly, and stocks offered are adequate via managing back/shelf stocks. The key account representative acts as a source of information and is responsible for resolving any product and service issues with their respective customers, whilst offering the entire range of items to them. Promotional POS and Displays at Customers outlets, must be promoted and managed to push sales and grow purchasing for the customers.

: Assesses clients’ leak and repairs needed. Complete repair projects to customer satisfaction, Roof Systems and industry standards, safely, on time and within budget. The work is carried out on multiple sites at various locations simultaneously. Most projects shall be at various locations within Trinidad and Tobago. Work is typically carried out in construction site conditions and at height.

Must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment, providing support to the Payroll / HR team. Liaising with Supervisory Staff on attendance reports to process payroll, on a weekly basis. Collating data and data entry in excel and payroll software. Processing of payroll reports (leaves and statutory deductions) - for payments and employee updates. Ensuring onboarding documentation is processed, NIS, BIR and Bank, adding master files (internal document) in payroll software. Meeting deadlines .
