• Comprehensive understanding of B2B and B2C sales in the printing, packaging, and food industries. • Strong leadership and people-management skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools. • Analytical thinker with proven problem-solving and decision-making capability. • Must be comfortable spending significant time on the road meeting clients.
The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire sales operation of the company across Trinidad and Tobago.
