Internal Auditor Workshop - February 14th, 16th & 17th, 2022.
Auditing is a powerful management tool used for establishing how effective a company is controlling business processes. Critically assess your business against the ISO 9001 standard. Use the same principles to understand how well you meet your company’s agreed internal processes.
This workshop is three days (3 days) of training on how to: do an objective deep dive into processes; understand how well your processes match up to standard; and then determine appropriate actions to improve.
This highly interactive training workshop is designed to provide participants with an understanding of auditing against the requirements of the company’s QMS Manual.
The theoretical background is supplemented by simulated workshop exercises using various auditing techniques practice, with special emphasis on execution of the audit and reporting of findings. These provide an opportunity for participants to put into (individually and collectively) their knowledge and skills acquired during the tutorial sessions.
The training provided in this workshop will not only looks at internal auditing of the QMS; but also introduces assessment of externally provided (outsourced) processes, products and services to ensure value for money from the goods and services purchased.
A pre-workshop ISO 9001:2015 QMS questionnaire will be sent to participants for completion before the workshop.
Ideal for those with overall responsibility for quality and/or with the mindset for improvement.
