The TTMA Christmas Pop-Up Shop is a two-day event, and participation is for both Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th November 2026. Unfortunately, there will be no one-day participation option.

The total participation fee is $1,200.00 for the two-day event.

A down payment will be required once your participation is confirmed. You will also have the option to pay in full.The deadline for payment will be communicated to you at the time of confirmation.

• Payment deadline is Friday 6th November 2026. You can pay via Cash, Credit Card, Online payment and in person at the TTMA located  TTMA Building, 2^nd Floor, #42 Tenth Avenue, Barataria

• Online Payment can be made to and proof of payment must be sent to communication@ttma.com and accountsclerk@ttma.com

• If you are unable to make payment by the deadline date you will forfeit your space. It will become available for another person to register.

• You are require to pay a down payment of $600 to secure your spot or you can pay in full. Down payment must be received by September 30th

• Cancellation for the event must be made in writing before Friday 23th October 2026.

• If payment is made and the registered business neither cancels nor attends they will not be entitled to a refund.
• Once registration is completed you will receive a QR Code as your confirmation
