Coordinate with Management to determine an efficient business plan to achieve all annual sales goals.
Provide information and/ or training to all external customers for proper usage of all products in portfolio.
Ensure optimal level of all sales services to customers and distributors.
Analyze new and potential markets, prepare feasibility reports and submit same to Management.
Evaluate all customer issues, discuss and report same to Management and recommend optimal solutions to all resolve same.
Source new products to add to increase the product portfolio,
Generate all export sales and ensure compliance to all procedures of organization.
Inform and educate our customers on our rates, regulations/procedures regarding all aspects of our business.
Review accounts to identify problems, payment issues, any necessary changes to business relationship, schedules, rates, handling requirements, etc.
Follow up with customers regularly to improve business relationship and solicit orders.
