Webinar Host Details

If you are interested in hosting a webinar, the details are as follows:

  • Dates: Monday 6th and Tuesday 7th July 2026
  • Duration: 9am to 4pm
  • Platform: TIC’s Zoom Platform
  • Cost: $2000 TTD VAT Inclusive

Webinar Package:

  1. Promotion: Featured on TTMA social media (@ttma1956, @tictt_2026, LinkedIn) and email networks (members, exhibitors, buyers), plus media mentions
  2. Registration: Managed via TIC website; hosts receive registration and attendee lists
  3. Survey: Post-webinar satisfaction survey with results shared
  4. Briefing: Pre-event host briefing session to align logistics and expectations
  5. Networking: Invitation to TTMA Opening and Closing Cocktail Events
  6. Post-Registration Requirements: Webinar title, promotional flyer, company logo, panellists’ names, emails, organizations, job titles

Seminar Host Details

If you are interested in hosting a seminar, the details are as follows:

  • Dates: Thursday 9th and Friday 10th July 2026
  • Duration: 9am to 4pm
  • Location: Petrea Hall, Centre of Excellence
  • Cost: $5000 TTD VAT Inclusive

Seminar Package:

  1. Promotion: Social media, email campaigns, website listings, and media exposure, including TV interviews
  2. Registration: Managed via TIC website; on-site check-in facilitated by TTMA; attendee lists shared
  3. Survey: Post-seminar feedback survey with results provided
  4. Photography: Professional photos of your session shared post-event
  5. Logistics: AV equipment, technical support, and light refreshments provided
  6. Parking: On-site parking, first come, first served, plus shuttle arrangements from overflow locations
  7. Briefing: Pre-event host briefing session
  8. Networking: Invitation to TTMA Opening and Closing Cocktail Events

Post-Registration Requirements: Seminar title, promotional flyer, company logo, presenter names, emails, organizations, and job titles.
