- Seminars – TTD4800 VAT Inclusive / USD705 per hour
Webinars
Date: Monday 14th – Tuesday 15th July 2025
Platform: TIC’s Zoom platform, accommodating up to 100 panelists (with audio and video) and 1000 participants. Features include interactive polls, Q&A forums, and automatic recording.

- Panelists' names, emails, organizations, job titles
Seminars
Date: Thursday 17th – Friday 18th July 2025
Venue: Petrea Room at the Centre of Excellence, located near the Bougainvillea Auditorium where the tradeshow takes place. The air-conditioned room accommodates approximately 200 attendees and includes amenities such as microphones, speakers, a digital screen, and a registration table.

Promotion of Your Session
TTMA will undertake limited promotion of webinars and seminars, including:
- Featuring the session schedule and flyer on the TIC website
- Email blasts to TTMA members and TIC mailing lists
- Posting the flyer on TTMA’s social media platforms
