To make the room reservation, please visit our website directly at www.trinidad.hyatt.com and click the button “Book”. Please enter the check in and check out dates, as well as the number of guests. Click the box that says “Special Rates”, and in the drop-down menu, please click “Corporate or Group Code” (see screenshot below). A box will appear and please enter this code “56377” and click “Check Availability/Book Now”. This will bring up the available room types and discounted rates. You should see the rate come up as “Event Rate Room”.

If you enter one adult, the rate will be US$179.00 with breakfast for one person. If you enter two adults, you will see the rate US$204.00, which will include buffet breakfast for two persons. You then select the room type i.e. King Bed or 2 Double Beds (for a room with two beds the rate would be slightly higher). The rates are subject to 21.55% taxes and also subject to availability at the hotel.

When you select the desired room type, the website will guide you through the process to enter your name, address, and credit card information to complete the booking. The card will be used as a guarantee and only charged at the time of check-in.

The single occupancy room rate is USD 149 plus 21% taxes.
The double occupancy room rate is USD 159 plus 21% taxes.
The rate above includes breakfast.
