Does the booth come with furniture and electrical outlets?

Each booth comes with 1 table, 2 chairs and 1 - 110 Volt Outlet. Skirting on tables can be sourced from the TIC Secretariat.

Are there any costs to supply additional furniture and electrical outlets?

There is no cost for additional furniture. However, each additional electrical outlet will cost TT$150 plus VAT per outlet.

Do you need a food badge to sample food and beverage products in TIC?

You will only need a food badge once the food and beverage samples are not air-sealed. You can receive a food badge by applying for one from the Food and Drug Division of the Ministry of Health.

How many exhibitor badges does an exhibitor receive?

Each booth receives 5 exhibitor badges.

Will exhibitors have access to the internet onsite?

A Wireless Internet Connection will be available to exhibitors free of charge.

Will there be security at TIC 2024?

24hr security is provided onsite inclusive of the set up days for booths, the days of TIC, and the break down days.

Is parking available for exhibitors and their employees?

Parking for exhibitors will be complimentary.

Do I have to pay duties for products that being brought to TIC for display and not for retail?

No duties will be charged on products entering the country not for sale once it is marked on the packaging "For Display Only", however, if customs deems that the product may be used for resale, they may assign duties which will have to be paid.

What are the Trade Convention dates?

Thursday 11th of July, 2024 to Saturday 13th of July, 2024

Is the Trade Convention open to the public?

The main public/consumer day is Saturday 13th July, 2024. Free Consumer Registration is available on our website.
