• Performs various scientific analyses to evaluate the quality of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods and ensures compliance with established standards. • Conducts testing procedures and processes to ensure tests performed are consistent with requirements for item specifications, protocols and standard test methods. • Interprets test results and compares to the specifications and established control limits with recommendations • Compiles and documents statistical data from testing processes, to establish compliance with or identify deviations against the requirements. • Conducts analyses to identify the root causes etc. • Assists in identifying and applying Corrective and Preventative Actions • Completes required documentation in support of testing procedures, including but not limited to Quality Control data forms and equipment logbooks. • Ensure equipment is used and maintained properly whilst ensuring safety during operation. • Performs frequent routine checks
