EVENT DETAILS
Upon registration and expression of interest, you will be contacted by telephone to confirm table availability. Once availability has been confirmed via telephone you will receive an email confirmation of your assigned table number.
Please note that the floor plan displayed on the website illustrates the general layout of the event and does not guarantee allocation of a specific table location.
Following confirmation of your registration, the Finance Department will issue an invoice. Payment must be made in full to secure your assigned space.

Failure to submit payment by the deadline will result in forfeiture of your reserved space, which will then be offered to another registrant.
Cancellations & Refunds
Upon successful registration, you will receive a QR code as confirmation of participation.
Additional Information
If you require access to an electrical outlet, you must select a table located adjacent to one. Outlets are highlighted in green on the official floor plan for your reference. To have an outlet installed you will be required to pay an additional $100.
