Job Description

The job holder will manage the projects undertaken by Blue Waters geared towards the continuous improvement of the Plant’s safety, quality and productivity performance. The job holder will propose, plan, execute, report and monitor all projects to facilitate the continuous growth of the capabilities in space, production volume, speed in all areas and resources in the Plant.

Job Details / Responsibilities

  • Develop project objectives in conjunction with Management and the review of project proposals and plans.
  • Implement systems to monitor the progress of all projects and report to key stakeholders any variances to mitigate against project delays.
  • Analyze and determine project specifications and responsibilities.
  • Manage all Capex Plan Project related to building expansions, manufacturing assets and modifications.
  • Establish and maintain Project Budget and have oversight of the bidding processes.
  • Prepare expending reports identifying the variances and make recommendations to correct the gaps.
  • Management all Vendors and Contractors
