5 CXC Passes (Grade I, II, III) MEEET/EEET Qualification Degree or other Technical Qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering. A combination of work experience and skills in machinery maintenance will be considered.
2-3 years experience working in the manufacturing industry in the maintenance/engineering position Experience in plastic related industries
Perform preventive and / or corrective maintenance of the machines, the peripheral equipment and the corresponding building in an efficient way, in order to keep them in optimum operating conditions and seeking to improve the operation of the lines, working based on the standards and guidelines of the company.
• Receive and deliver during shift; through the information provided during handover or in the maintenance log, to follow the events of the shift to check on the status and situation of the machines.
• Perform mechanical repairs, change of spare parts of the machinery and peripheral equipment in case of corrective or preventive maintenance, with support of the person in charge of the production area of ​​injection, maintenance (the latter in case of application according to the plant).
• Participate in the installation and start-up of new equipment and machinery to ensure its correct operation.
• Supervise repair activities and / or services of external operators and suppliers.
• Assist with the changes of presentation (moulds) in the area of ​​production injection that have been requested previously through work orders.
• Participate in the detection of failures and in the follow up of these until their repair to reduce the down times and improve efficiency.
• Participate in special work teams focused on specific projects to support the development of the area where they work (5S/GMP/Safety).
• Support operators in technical doubts about the machines they operate, to ensure the good use of the equipment as well as its durability.
• Carry out and document the preventive and corrective orders in the maintenance management program, to keep the equipment in good condition and to demonstrate compliance.
