Job Description

• The Sales Executive will focus on securing orders (with sound profit margins) for the purchase of Domus uPVC Products for larger projects within the region • Reports to DWAD’s Sales Manager

Job Details / Responsibilities

  • To develop and execute a sales plan to be approved by the DWAD Chief Executive Officer

  • To source prospective customers that meet the parameters outlined in the sales plan

  • To supervise the creation of customer quotes using the Domus PrefSuite computer-integrated-management system, and to ensure their accuracy and ability to meet specific customer needs

  • To close orders, secure deposits and ensure collection of funds due from customers

  • To maintain a strong customer service relationship with customers during the production, delivery, installation and post-installation periods

  • To ensure the appropriate Company resources are brought to bear in order to create a high level of customer satisfaction
  •  Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements

  • Identifies product and pricing strategies which may aid in remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors

  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information

  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards

  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies/networking

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

  • Demonstrate project ownership by managing change orders, design reviews, and site work completion

  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction whilst maintaining the Company’s reputation

  • Demonstrate a high presentation skill level with the ability to ensure key clients are engaged

  • Continuously improve through feedback

  • Such other responsibilities as assigned by management
