Minimum 2-3 years experience in manufacturing or industrial environment. Bachelor's Degree in Process or Chemical Engineering Knowledge of discipline codes and standards.

The Process Engineer is responsible for developing and sustaining manufacturing processes to meet or exceed the technical requirements of our clients while achieving quality, performance integrity, throughput and cost objectives. It also includes maintenance of process equipment, while monitoring and improving the manufacturing and engineering processes.
1. Review plant operations, perform and chaeck routine calculations, generate and evaluate daily and monthly process reports.
2. Collect and analyse process date to correct deviations
3. Assist in the development and maintenance of Key Performance Indicators as required to assist operations in establishing benchmarks for performance monitoring of the facilities
4. Monitor plant's operations by collecting and analysing process data on a daily basis with a view to identifying abnormal operations and develop and implement corrective actions.
5. Monitor plant equipment performance by continuously monitoring and improving process control parameters to ensure optimum process equipment capacity
6. Review vendor equipment documentation within the discipline and from other disciplines and seek discrepancy resolution
7. Prepare trip asessment reports and complete production loss forms
8. Provide support to plant during start-up, shut down and abnormal situations
9. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions
10. Develop and implement plant rationale and process flow charts
11. Periodically perform quality verification testing to ensure conformity.
