Ideal Experience: • CXC with at least 5 subjects (Mathematics, English). Multi lingual person or able to speak in Spanish is highly preferable. • A proven Sales professional with 1-2 years of successful progression in B2B companies in selling technical products or hardware products to the hardware companies. • Knowledge of export processes, purchasing and regulations technical/industrial products is preferred but not essential. • Demonstrated ability to work with owners in local hardware companies and managers of foreign cultures. • Must have a running vehicle and license. Meeting the fabrication companies to sell the profile solutions to them for windows, doors and curtain wall solutions.
Soliciting orders from hardware stores and Glass stores
Contacting the project managers, architects and construction companies regularly to draw up the specifications of the materials for their requirements.
Work with the technical people in fabrication companies to improve the way they can use the products for their projects.
Able to prepare quotation and understand the logistics of supply in case of export markets.
Collate information on the competition, pricing and products and help in strategizing to enhance the sales in the assigned areas.
Provide input and support to the new product development and launch of the products.
Prepare the monthly sales analysis report that will present the current state, plan and needs of the geography using data reporting.
Meet the sales and collection target each month.
