The right person for the job must have a Post Graduate qualification and at least five (5) years experience in Human Resource Management at a senior level with proven expertise in Organizational development. Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of: a) Current H.R. and Industrial Relations legislation and practices. b) Job analysis techniques, the establishment of performance standards and the design of Evaluation Systems for Organizational Development. c) Compensation Management Systems. d) Training and Development Techniques and Practices.

Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. (See job details and responsibilities as follows)
Reviewing, documenting, conceptualizing, implementing and managing H.R. Policies and Procedures within the Group, to motivate and manage H.R.; Developing Strategic Human Resources plans for monitoring the performance management of K.P.I.’s to be set with Division Heads.
Provide guidelines and advice to the Division Heads and Line Managers on all matters relating to the acquisition, maintenance and separation of the Human Resources within the Group.
Negotiate Labour Agreements, Administer Labour Contracts and conduct joint Labour/Management Hearings and Meetings. Reviewing and maintaining the Groups Compensation System, directly in line with a Performance Management System.
Direct Organizational and Management Development activities and advise on Organization Design, contributing as a member of the Senior Management Team in the Company’s Transformational Thrust.
