The job is a floater job function to facilitate the smooth functioning of the office by helping in the Accounting, Sales and Inventory functions of the office especially filling in where ever the designated person is on leave or overburden with work on the desk. Perform duties too varied and diverse to be classified in any specific office clerical occupation, requiring limited knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
1. Assist in accounts receivables, and banking transactions.
2. Sales co-ordination, customer service, complaints management, and sales order processing.
3. Assist in inventory functions, updating of raw materials and finished good, reconciliations of items of stock.
4. Office assistance in areas of reception, purchasing, payables if the need arises.
5. Assist in data entry jobs in accounting areas and provide support to company personnel.
6. Upkeep of filing systems along with the accounting assistants.
7. Informing the accountant of items that are not in accordance with general working process for corrective action.
8. Any other duties as assigned.
