ACCA Level 1-2 Or Equivalent Accounting Experience
It's a Temporary Accounts Payables Clerk position that will run from October 2018 to March 2019.
-The individual would be working under the Accountant directly and the Director based at the San Fernando Office on a daily basis as well liaising with our staff at our Port of Spain office.
-Some experience with the Peachtree Accounting Package is necessary.
-The individual will be trained to use the Quotewerks software, which is an inventory / invoicing package.
- The person would be required to enter payables invoices / shipments and make stock adjustments where necessary, and generate payables listings on a monthly basis.
- All medical claims are also handled by the person, ie, filling out claim forms etc.
- The successful candidate will also be required to cut cheques on an almost daily basis and make the necessary entries for them on the system.
- Visits to NIS and BIR to pay taxes are also a requirement.
