JOB SUMMARY To assist with all of the duties as outlined by Management, maintaining a culture of outstanding customer service, employee development while upholding the Brand Standards as set by HD Café Ltd. as well as the Business Goals set by HADCO Limited.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
a. Delivers quality customer service consistently
b. Demonstrates Passion about his/her work, the products served, and the Häagen-Dazs Brand.
c. Maintains a comprehensive knowledge about all Häagen-Dazs Products and Menu Items.
d. Maintains the Customer and Physical Environment at the store.
e. Work flexible hours, nights, weekends and holidays, being punctual for all shifts.
a. Supports Management in the day to day operations of the shop.
b. Maintains a positive working environment so as to promote a culture of teamwork and respect.
c. Supervises Shop Staff and ensures that all company rules and procedures are followed.
d. Provides input to Mnagement on Staff Performance reviews and provides accurate data towards reporting performance of each employee.
e. Completes the Weekly Staff Schedule.
f. Completes the Daily Attendance Register.
g. Completes the Daily and Weekly Food Cost.
h. Updates and maintains the Log Book on a Daily Basis.
i. Completes daily job allocation in the absence of the manager and break allowances for staff.
a. Maintains the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
b. Maintains the highest standards of personal conduct and personal hygiene
c. Ensures that the Häagen-Dazs approved uniform is worn with no jewelry.
d. Motivates staff to up-sell and increase overall sales performance.
e. Ensures that the stock and product are of the highest quality; maintaining the FIFO system of inventory with correct Date Labels
f. Completes daily, weekly and monthly Shop Reports:-
o Sales Deposits
o Log Book Entries
o Daily Attendance Reports
o Timesheets to be tallied and submitted
o Staff Salaries
o Staff Schedules
