The PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR ensures that Production Lines run as scheduled, and that staff adheres to all established processes.
· Supervise Production/ Factory workers in keeping with the terms and conditions of the Daily Paid Collective Agreement, Factory Rules and other applicable guidelines
· Accurately prepare and submit reports, and other documents in a timely manner as required
· Initiate any disciplinary action when required, in keeping with industrial relations best practices
· Exercise care in the use of all raw / packaging materials, and account for such usage
· Ensure that the Company’s plant and equipment is left in a good condition as specified by the Company at the end of their shift.
· Collaborate with various departments to ensure that production goals are met
