Job Description

Summary: The Warehouse Stock Clerk is responsible for receiving, storing and issuing goods according to proper inventory control and operational procedures of the Company.

Job Details / Responsibilities

Some Key Responsibilities

Inbound Stock Management: Receive, unload, verify, and scan incoming goods against purchase orders, record lot/expiry details, identify discrepancies or damages, report issues promptly, and ensure verification is completed within 24 working hours.

Storage & Inventory Control: Put away stock within 48 hours of system updates, process internal transfers, maintain accurate inventory records, label stock correctly, monitor expiry dates, optimize warehouse space, perform stock rotation (FEFO/FIFO), conduct spot checks, and maintain safe storage conditions.

Order Processing: Ensure timely replenishment of picking locations, maintain FEFO/FIFO inventory practices, and assist with returned stock processing to support efficient order fulfillment.

Stock Taking: Prepare for and participate in stock counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and work with supervisors to resolve issues promptly.

Safety & Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while complying with all company safety policies and procedures.

General Responsibilities: Assist with customer order picking as needed, maintain punctuality and professionalism, follow company work and break schedules, work additional hours when required, and perform other duties assigned by warehouse management.
