Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls on both landlines and office mobiles.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails.
• Prepare quotes and sales orders.
• Manually log drivers for dispatched orders and verify completed deliveries.
• Process and apply payments (cash, LINX, Visa, cheques, online transfers) from drivers and walk-in customers.
• Attend to walk-in customers and assist with telesales.
• Print labels and flysheets for outgoing products and the production room.
• Prepare product samples and sample books for clients.
• Write delivery notes and Goods Inwards documentation.
• Enter and update customer records in the Odoo system.
• Balance daily payments and sales at the end of each day.
• Flexibility to work up to 2 scheduled weekends per year for inventory purposes.
• Additional relevant duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 O’Level passes including Mathematics and English.
• Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends as required.
• Additional technical training or logistics-related experience is an asset
