Certificate in Supervisory Management
Guarantee compliance with the production program, managing human resources, ensuring the care of the equipment and complying with the operational and safety standards defined by the corporation, thus achieving compliance with the established KPI goals.
· Comply with safety, quality, safety and environmental management guidelines, to guarantee compliance with the organization's policies (RESPONSIBILITY MATRIX).
· Supervise strict compliance with security regulations and internal company policies
· Supervise and control corrective production activities to achieve compliance with the production plan.
· Supervise and control preventive and corrective maintenance activities to keep equipment in good working order.
· Coordinate with machining suppliers, spare parts, contractors and request quotes.
· Guarantee compliance with the 5S culture, completion of indicator boards.
· Manage and coordinate operational personnel to ensure compliance with the production and maintenance plan.
· Coordinate machine start-up and stop activities and contribute to compliance with key operations indicators (KPIS).
· Carry out cause analysis and action plans for process non-conformities and indicator deviations (KPIS).
· Carry out strategy to meet OEE indicator (availability, performance and quality), returns and claims.
