Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance or related field. 3 to 5 years experience in Maintenance roles. Relevant trade certifications(Electrical, Mechanical or HVAC) are an asset. Occupational safety certification is considered an advantage.

Strong knowledge of Mechanical systems, including production and packaging equipment. Competency in Electrical systems, including motors,circuits and control panels. Experience with refridgeration and HVAC systems. Preventative Maintenance planning and scheduling skills. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities. Facility Maintenance skills. Inventory and spare parts management. Knowledge of GMP and HACCP standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Odoo.

Fresh Start Juices is seeking a hands on Maintenance Coordinator to ensure smoothe, safe and efficient operation of its production facility in Diego Martin. The role focuses on planning and executing preventive maintenance, responding to equipment breakdowns and maintaining critical production systems including blow moulding machines, packaging lines and utilities. The successful candidate will work closely with Production and Quality teams to support operational efficiency and food safety standards.
