Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Supervisory Training Certificate
Experience in Manufacturing is an asset. Desirable knowledge in plastics processing, mechanics, basic knowledge in electricity and electronics.
Control the variables of operation in the process of injection according to the standard parameters of each process to guarantee the stability and quality of the products. Responsible for shift crew to ensure highest quality product is made, performing machine checks and repairs as needed.
Comply with safety, quality, safety and environmental management guidelines to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Perform packaging and labeling activities of the product according to the specifications of each reference in compliance with the production plan.
Identify and record any defects in the product and notify the technical personnel on duty (analyst and/or technician) for decision making.
Communicate any mechanical failure in the equipment of your work area to the process technician of the area, to establish corrective actions and give continuity to the process.
Perform cleaning and sanitizing tasks of the machine, as well as the adjacent area in order to guarantee adequate safety conditions.
Perform product selection activities when there is product for review (HFI), performing the activities established in the protocol for the disposal of these products.
Participate in the processes of shutdown, machine start-up and preventive and corrective maintenance of premises and equipment, in order to contribute to the fulfillment of the production plan assigned to their shift.
Carry out calculations for resin and colorant mixing activities, complying with the handling, location and timing protocols established in the process.
Participate in RCA meetings.
