Key Job Functions: Assists the Branch Manager in day-to-day operations ensuring the efficient management of the branch. Performs and oversees administrative tasks that keeps the branch operational. Serves as a communication bridge between the Branch Manager, administrative staff and service technicians.
Prepares all tender bids and pre-qualification documents; ensures all related documents are provided and deadlines are met.
Ensures all requests for quotations (i.e. repairs, change outs, service etc.) are prepared and delivered to the customer in a timely manner.
Schedules, coordinates and follows up on issues related to meeting etc for the Branch Manager as required.
Manages the scheduling of HVAC technicians to various jobs and adjusts schedules as needed to accommodate emergency calls from customers or changes in project deadlines.
Coordinates the dispatching of technicians to jobsites, optimizing routes and schedules to minimize travel time and maximize productivity.
Assists in the streamlining of workflows, review and analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas of improvement.
Manages job orders from creation to completion, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and communicated to technicians.
