Job Description

The incumbent plays a critical role in safeguarding company revenue by accurately verifying and processing daily financial transactions. This role is responsible for identifying and reporting discrepancies, errors or potential fraud, while ensuring all incoming payments are complete, accurate and properly documented.

Job Details / Responsibilities

Audit and review daily sales transactions, verify entries to balance stock and ensure accuracy in posting of all transactions into the Accounting software.
Complete data entry and adjustments related to payments and updating of customer accounts.
Receive, verify and deposit all payments and adhere to cashing activities security protocols.
Work closely with internal departments and external contractors to resolve discrepancies and queries.
Maintain filing of documents and support routine reporting for department stakeholders.
