To assist with the handling of all Operational and Administrative Duties of the Company.
• Assisting with the day-to-day Operations of the Company, with an emphasis on driving operations efficiency in service delivery to the Company’s client base.
• Coordinating and delegating daily assignments for Customs and Operations staff
• Assist with the preparation and submission of reports to Clients with an agreed frequency.
• Collaborating with the Operations Director to assure activities of all departments are in full compliance with the Company’s operating protocols and Corporate policies and practices.
• Assisting with Tender submissions.
• Assisting with the execution of HR related matters.
