Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and industry experience

The Sales & Billings Clerk will support the Sales Department preparing invoices and transfers, liaising with customers and assisting with marketing initiatives using data from relevant reports.
• Billings for local customers
• Liaising with drivers to co-ordinate collections and ensuring that all customer cheques are collected.
• Monthly preparation of sales reports
• Preliminary costing analyses
• Updating costings and prices on Point-of-Sale system
• Updating of wholesale brochure with stock updates, new products, and price changes.
• Assisting with advertising and marketing initiatives
• Maintaining listing for special prices given to customers.
• Responsible for ensuring the showroom is properly stocked
• Assisting sales representative as necessary with queries
• Following up with customers on issues that may arise.
• Daily monitoring of social media channels ensuring timely response
