A minimum of five (5) CXC passes. A Certificate in Customer Service would be an asset. Qualified candidates will have at least 2-3 years in a retail environment. Minimum experience in lifting and packing using smart lifting practices.
Customer oriented with a strong desire to maintain a culture that would provide Service Excellent. The ability to work as part of a team. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Good attendance and punctuality at all times.
The position holder will be responsible for greeting the customers and assisting them in finding the products they are looking for. Answer customer inquiries and provide information on the sewing, craft, and all other items within the store. He/she will keep track of the stock levels and liaise with the Branch Manager daily for efficiency.
