• 5 CXC Subjects- Maths & English compulsory • Must be computer literate, with experience in Microsoft Office Suite • Sales & Marketing Certificate will be considered an asset
Skills Required: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with Math strength to ensure transactions are simplified for a customer. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask. • Must have a passion for interacting with people. • Must be knowledgeable to market product ranges and usage, to consumers. • Prior experience with handling: Linx, credit cards, cheques and cash transactions. • Customer Service problem solving attitude, is required.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and growing sales. Updating of Customer database, and contacting Customers to confirm orders, book new orders, whilst marketing the range of products available to any consumer requesting details of stocks. Must balance all sales transactions for daily deposits (linx-debit, cash and credit). Ensure pre-booked orders are processed, for on-time delivery (inclusive of staff and cbplsa sales). Ensure physical stock is properly marketed/displayed, rotated and accounted for via inventory weekly checks. Liaising with various departments, to ensure availability of Sales Rep or stocks, to meet customer requirements
Job description will include but not limited to the following :
Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers .
Take Orders- Conducting Sales (both via phone and Walk -in customers)
Prepare invoices, bills, and receipts daily.
Stock check weekly & monthly
