Five (5) Ordinary level/CXC subjects including Mathematics and English. • Certificate in Technical Maintenance. • Five (5) years’ experience in a similar position. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

The Maintenance Technician is required to inspect and maintain all machines, mechanical equipment and other structures within the plant, performs preventative and corrective maintenance as well as repairs malfunctioning equipment.
· Performs skilled repair or maintenance operations on equipment, facilities and systems.
· Monitors, plans and executes all preventative and corrective maintenance and tasks for production equipment.
· Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required.
· Conduct unsupervised mold changes on all machines.
· Adjusts and troubleshoots Production Equipment as needed.
· Provides support on the Production floor as required.
· Examines objects, systems, or facilities, analyze information and carry out needed installations, services, or repairs; general maintenance of plant and building (a/c, lighting, plumbing, etc.)
· Maintains safe and clean work environment and compliance with established Occupational Safety & Health rules, policies and procedures.
