• Pursuing ACCA level II or equivalent • Certificate in Microsoft office suite would be an asset • 5 O Levels including Mathematics & English
• Minimum 2 years of experience preparing Income Statement & Balance Sheets • Experience in accounting functions/ payables, receivables & inventory • Experience with accounting software /accounts payable, receivable & inventory • Experience in with spreadsheets/able to create spreadsheets based on requirements • Excellent reconciliation skills /able to prepare and balance bank reconciliations/able to solve variances between GL and subledgers • Experience with preparing support schedules for general ledger balances • Experience doing any type of audits would be an asset
• Responsible for preparing monthly reports within set deadlines, inclusive of bank reconciliations and other supporting schedules for the figures provided. • Responsible for keeping proper records & reconciliation of Foreign Accounts Payables to ensure agreement with suppliers • Responsible for other work as directed by the Head of Finance relating to accounting, audit, budgets, finance & statutory requirements
