To provide administrative support to the organisation.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to members of staff
2. Maintain a highly organised filing system for key corporate documents and records ensuring files are kept updated
3. Receive and direct telephone calls to ensure that all messages are taken completely and accurately and that urgent matters receive the necessary attention
4. Maintain appointments and schedules on a timely basis
5. Prepare job letters, employment contracts and perform other Human Resource functions
6. Respond to highly confidential letters and general correspondence of a routine nature as directed and ensure complete accuracy at all times
7. Receive, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence
8. Must demonstrate initiative, be resourceful, and an ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
9. Preparation and compilation of pre-qualification and tender documents for external customers
10. Perform any other duties as deemed necessary
Requirements:
1. Exceptional analytical, written and oral communication skills
2. Excellent organisational and problem solving expertise
3. Maintain a professional appearance at all times
4. Legible handwriting
5. Comply with all company policies
6. Certificate of character from the Trinidad & Tobago Police Service
7. Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19. The original vaccination card must be presented at the interview
8. A form of identification must be presented at the interview
