The production Supervisor will be responsible for the following: To lead a Production Team of approximately 30 employees. To Ensure efficiency, monitor production workflows, optimize processes, identify and pursue areas for improvement. To coordinate production activities to meet daily, weekly, or monthly production targets. Oversight for quality assurance and continuous quality improvement. To Address production issues, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and implementing solutions. Adherence to OSHA.
Prepare daily production reports.
Prepare raw material requirement report daily.
Audit physical inventory.
Prepare factory performance reports weekly.
Prepare on-time delivery reports weekly.
Prepare order backlog reports weekly.
Prepare attendance and absenteeism reports.
Maintains inventory and office supplies.
Ensure adherence to the organization’s safety policies, procedures and guidelines as per the Safety & Health Manual.
Follow and enforce all rules and regulations as stated by the company.
