• Minimum 3 years' warehouse experience • Forklift Certification (required) • Secondary School Certificate or equivalent • Experience supervising warehouse staff • Valid Driver's Permit (preferred) • Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures. Minium 3-5 years operating a forklift

Technical / Vocational Skills Required

• Forklift operation • Inventory management • Stock counting and reconciliation • Receiving and dispatch procedures • Container loading and offloading • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) • SAP or warehouse management system experience an asset • Health and Safety awareness an asset

Job Description

Responsible for leading daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, dispatch, and container offloading. The Warehouse Lead will ensure inventory accuracy, maintain warehouse safety standards, supervise service providers, and support the efficient movement of goods to meet customer and business requirements.

Job Details / Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse activities.
Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and reconciliations.
Operate and supervise the safe use of forklifts and warehouse equipment.
Coordinate container offloading and product storage.
Prepare and verify customer orders for dispatch.
Co-ordinate all warehouse deliveries.
Maintain warehouse records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, damages, and shortages.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
Assist with logistics activities as required.
