Key Responsibilities

Inventory Control & Management

• Oversee the company’s complete inventory management function across all locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for automotive AC parts, HVAC units, refrigerants, tools, accessories, and consumables.
• Monitor inventory movement, stock levels, and stock availability daily.
• Ensure all inventory transactions are processed accurately within the ERP system.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, variances, and stock issues.
• Manage inventory adjustments, transfers, and write-off processes in accordance with company policies.

Warehouse Operations Coordination

• Coordinate inventory activities between Aranguez, Marabella, and external storage locations.
• Work closely with Warehouse and Dispatch teams to maintain organized stock storage and movement.
• Ensure proper bin allocation, product labeling, and warehouse organization standards.
• Support efficient receiving, put-away, picking, dispatching, and stock rotation processes.
• Monitor adherence to FIFO and inventory handling procedures where applicable.

Inventory Planning & Replenishment

• Analyze sales trends and inventory movement to identify replenishment needs.
• Collaborate with Procurement to ensure timely ordering of critical stock items.
• Maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing overstocking and dead inventory.
• Assist in forecasting inventory demand based on seasonal trends, sales projections, and operational requirements.
• Monitor slow-moving and non-moving inventory and recommend corrective action plans.

Audits & Stock Counts

• Plan and coordinate periodic stock counts, cycle counts, and annual inventory audits.
• Ensure inventory count procedures are properly followed and documented.
• Investigate inventory variances and provide detailed reports to Management.
• Support Finance during inventory valuation and audit exercises.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation between physical inventory and system balances.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare inventory reports, stock aging reports, variance reports, and inventory performance summaries.
• Monitor inventory KPIs and provide recommendations for operational improvements.
• Assist Management with inventory valuation analysis and stock investment planning.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve inventory turnover and stock efficiency.

Systems & Process Improvement

• Ensure proper utilization of ERP systems such as Odoo, NCR Counterpoint, or related inventory systems.
• Assist in improving inventory workflows, controls, and operational procedures.
• Develop and maintain inventory SOPs and best practices.
• Ensure proper authorization and documentation for all inventory movements.
