-Five (5) CSEC passes inclusive of Mathematics and English. -Professional Sales training diploma or certificate would be considered an asset. -At least 3 to 5 years’ proven Sales experience, specifically within hardware retail sector, distribution and wholesale channels. -Familiarity with the Tobago business environment, including local customs and relationship management as well as community-based selling approach.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present technical product information, build client relationships, and deliver professional presentations and demonstrations. -Apply effective sales and negotiation techniques to identify customer needs, present value-driven solutions, overcome objections, and close sales while maintaining strong client relationships. -Strong analytical skills to interpret information and make sound recommendations. -Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills. -Resilient and able to perform effectively under pressure in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments. -Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate progress effectively. -Demonstrates high integrity by following through on commitments and maintaining accountability.
