-Responsible for managing accounts and generating sales according to sales targets. - Identifying new sales opportunities to achieve maximum revenue potential.
-Maintain and update regularly a database of users for corrugated and related products in Trinidad.
-Visit customers on a regular basis and determine:
- Stock levels of corrugated products.
- The requirement for new orders and processing them proactively to ensure the optimal production, shipment, and receipt by the customer thereof.
- The amounts due for products supplied, and assist in the collection and resolution of any outstanding payments due.
- The resolution of any technical or other problems encountered with the supply of Winera products.
- Assessing the need for new corrugated packaging development in keeping with customer requirements, together with the provision of any technical assistance that may be required for such development in packaging.
-Act as a liaison between the Trinidad Sales Office and the Head Office in St Lucia to ensure the matters related to sales and sales services to Trinidad customers are communicated in a timely and efficient manner.
-Conduct market strategy and research by gathering and analysing competitors’ activities, market share, and store audit to evaluate our position in the market.
- Assist in the preparation of the weekly and monthly reports for Winera (Trinidad) Limited.
