Pre-Seller (South)
Visit existing customers, upsell and promote sales. Create new customers, grow volume and revenue in the accounts assigned to a route while providing a first-class customer experience.
· Sales Development Objectives achieved versus plan
· Compliance to Store Merchandising agreements
· Revenue achieved versus plan (if available)
· Maintain Accounts Receivable balances within standard (if applicable)
· Condition of customer outlets during Work-Withs and trade visits
· Accurate audits completed as requested
· Achieve volume plan by selling all accounts on your assigned route per identified schedule.
· Sell and Execute all authorized products, packages and promotions.
· Solicit/sell all marketing equipment and additional selling displays.
· Obtain best-selling position in the account.
· Ensure pricing guidelines are fully executed
1. Valid Driver’s License.
2. Access to a reliable working vehicle.
3. A minimum of 1 years’ working experience in Sales and Distribution in the Beverage industry.
4. 5 CXC Passes including Mathematics and English.
5. Diploma in Sales, Business, Marketing or related field would be considered an asset.
6. Knowledge of Tobago´s Geography and Road network would be considered an asset .
