• Minimum 5 CXC O’ Levels, including Mathematics and English. • Proficiency in Microsoft Ofce Suite; experience with an ERP system is an asset.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills. • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Provide administrative and customer support to the Sales Department and Sales Leadership Team. • Prospect and generate new business by contacting dormant or potential customers. • Process website and customer orders accurately and follow up to ensure timely delivery. • Liaise with customers, Account Managers, and internal departments to ensure satisfaction and retention. • Assist with quotations, purchase orders, and documentation for sales transactions. • Handle customer calls and queries promptly, escalating issues when necessary. • Support the preparation of sales reports, tenders, and internal projects. • Provide relief support to Customer Service, Furniture Showroom, and HR teams when required
