The Client Account Associate (CAA) is responsible for meeting growth expectations for add-on sales, sustaining of existing client base and services, and for supporting the productivity and profitability goals of the organization
Meeting with client at their place of businesses to sell/market product lines and services as well as via social media pages.
Conduct forecasting exercises to ensure a sufficient and timely supply of products to clients.
To resolve the customers' complaints and issues in conjunction with management so that the sales figures are sustained and/or improved.
Managing and interpreting customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs

Manage and grow Social Media Presence in conjunction with the graphics/marketing team.
