Job Description

The Client Account Associate (CAA) is responsible for meeting growth expectations for add-on sales, sustaining of existing client base and services, and for supporting the productivity and profitability goals of the organization

Job Details / Responsibilities

Meeting with client at their place of businesses to sell/market product lines and services as well as via social media pages.

Conduct forecasting exercises to ensure a sufficient and timely supply of products to clients.

To resolve the customers' complaints and issues in conjunction with management so that the sales figures are sustained and/or improved.

Managing and interpreting customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs

To increase clients base for the organization and arrange for the timely delivery of those products

To obtain information about the potential customers and to provide services of the organization that meet the clients' demands

Manage and grow Social Media Presence in conjunction with the graphics/marketing team.

To develop innovative concepts and methods to improve the sales of the organization and implement upon approval.

To do a thorough research on the road and acquire knowledge about the customers operations

To do a thorough research on the road and acquire knowledge about the competitors' products

Maintain up to date records of customer communication and contact information

Follow up on customer quotations, orders and outstanding payments.
