3-5 CXC Subjects - Inclusive of Maths and English Police Certificate of Character
Knowledge and Experience will be considered an asset.
The Merchandiser will be responsible for , Packing the shelves with all CHIEF'S range of products , according to : Name Label Size Description. Rotating products Ensuring that nothing becomes expired on the shelves . Meet with customers. Take note of stocks/inventory.
The Merchandiser would be required to service a minimum of 3-5 Supermarkets per day or as instructed by the respective Area Manager.
Must go to the supermarkets warehouse, and find all CHIEF goods, put it in a trolley
Goods must then be packed out on the grocery shelves, for Sales and Marketing aspect
Goods must be packed according to Name, Label , Size , Description (different lanes)
All expired goods MUST be removed from the shelves and placed in the warehouse (Area Manager to be informed)
Goods that are far from expiry must be moved up front on shelves.(Rotated)
Merchandisers must take note of any goods that are running low / out of stock and inform the SalesRep or Area Manager. (Inventory checks)
Shelves are to be maintained daily, ensuring neatness and tidiness at all times.
Shelves must be dusted and wiped regularly
Daily time/record sheets to be completed
Daily communication with respective Area Manager
ALL MERCHANDISING / COMPANY RULES AND GUIDELINES MUST BE FOLLOWED. (will be provided before the start of employment)
PHYSICAL DUTIES WILL INCLUDE :
Climbing , Stretching, Pulling, Lifting, Travelling around.
