Regarding your interest in joining the TTMA membership application, kindly see attached the application form to be completed. To complete the application process the following will need to be provided:
1) Completed Foreign Member application form;
2) Company Profile;
3) Certificate of Incorporation;
4) Notice of Directors;
5) Reference Letter from your local bank. (This letter must state that the company is in good financial standing)
I have also attached the Credit card authorization form for your use regarding payment. Please note that the Foreign membership fee is US$400 (Vat Inclusive). Any questions or concerns, do contact me.
