TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Payment deadline is Friday 7th November 2025. You can pay via Cash, Credit Card, Online payment and in person at the TTMA located  TTMA Building, 2^nd Floor, #42 Tenth Avenue, Barataria
• Online Payment can be made to and proof of payment must be sent to communication@ttma.com and accountsclerk@ttma.com

• If you are unable to make payment by the deadline date you will forfeit your space. It will become available for another person to register.
• Cancellation for the event must be made in writing before Friday 24th October 2025.
• If payment is made and the registered business neither cancels nor attends they will not be entitled to a refund.
• Once registration is completed you will receive a QR Code as your confirmation
