Important Notes:

• Payments made after the deadline will result in forfeiting your space, which will be offered to another vendor.
• Cancellations must be in writing by Wednesday 17^th April 2025.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this date or for no-shows.

Confirmation and Table Assignment:

• Upon completing your registration, you will receive a QR Code for confirmation.
• Table numbers must be confirmed by phone after registration, though you may initially select a table number on the TTMA website.
• Limited electrical spaces are available. If your table requires electricity and is not in an electrical space, an additional fee will apply.

Important Reminder:
Do not make payment until you’ve received an invoice from the TTMA Finance Department. Making a payment prior to receiving this quote does not guarantee your spot. Please follow the outlined process to secure your place.
