A minimum of three 3 'O’ Level or CXC passes (including English Language). Other tertiary education will be an asset though not compulsory

RESPONSIBILITIES To support the Sales/Marketing function of the Company by efficiently responding to requests for quotations, orders, lead times etc. from customers and to “go the extra mile” to ensure that customers are especially pleased with the service you offer. Understand that all customers of CPI are your customers.
To liaise closely with the Account Managers to ensure that our customer's requests are being adequately met.
To conduct all business transactions with high ethical standards consistent with the image of the Company;
To work closely with Graphics, Planning , Production and Despatch personnel to fulfill our customer requirements.
To request help of Manager in handling complex problems.
To provide backup for Cash Sales when required;
To ensure that our customers receive the minimum of the high standards of service;
To relieve the Receptionist.
To perform any other specific functions, which may be required
