Peachtree Invoicing for all walk-in customers as well as Delivery Drivers.
Enter Sales Orders to Peachtree based on Customers’ Purchase Orders.
Receive cash payments from foam customers, returning delivery drivers/salesmen or walk-in wholesale customers.
Posting of all Receipts to Peachtree.
Prepare and submit a daily sales summary consisting of all transactions cash and charge. Balancing of cash, credit card/Linx and Cheque payments made, including overages and shortages on the Daily Sales Summary.
Communicate with customers and answer questions (in person, telephone or email).
Compile and process information from sales orders such as items, quantities, pricing, discount rates etc.
Issue invoices, delivery notes and/or any necessary documentation to distribute to customers and delivery drivers.
Liaise between sales team members, production and dispatch to execute deliveries.
Handle complaints; provide appropriate solutions or direct to appropriate personnel to ensure a resolution.
Coordinate with production manager (delivery schedule)
