Job Description

JOB SUMMARY Conduct compliance reviews with the aim of ascertaining regulatory, legislative and general compliance with polices and procedures.

Job Details / Responsibilities

1. Assist in planning the scope of compliance reviews

2. Assist in preparing compliance programmes

3. Perform compliance reviews in a professional manner and as outlined in designed programmes which require:

  • Examination of Companies’ records
  • Obtaining explanations and data to make objective opinions about the adequacy of compliance
  • Review of systems and procedures to determine compliance
  • Preparation of work papers to document the findings

4. Prepare draft reports on assignments

5. Preparation and maintenance of compliance files and general filing requirements

6. Perform procedures necessary to compile reports due to CBTT or any other requested reports and disseminate reports

7. Ensure all regulatory obligations are met by the Company
