- Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or industrial setting. - Valid forklift operator certification, or willingness to complete certification through an approved training provider. - Basic literacy and numeracy sufficient for reading labels, completing daily check sheets, and identifying stock. - Physically able to perform manual handling tasks alongside forklift duties, including lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods. - Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious. - Able to follow instructions and work cooperatively with supervisors, drivers, and warehouse team members.

The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklift equipment to load, unload, move, stack, and organise goods across the warehouse and compound. The role supports the day-to-day flow of warehouse operations by ensuring that stock, raw materials, and finished goods are handled accurately and in line with company safety procedures.

WORKING CONDITIONS
The role is based in a warehouse and outdoor compound environment. The Forklift Operator will spend
most of the shift operating equipment, with regular standing, walking, lifting, and moving of stock. The
work involves exposure to varying weather conditions when working in the compound, noise from
machinery, and movement around delivery vehicles and other warehouse equipment. Adherence to
safety procedures is required at all times.
